The Food & Beverage Team at Raritan Valley provides a unique and exquisite dining experience for both members and their guests. With skillfully crafted menus that change regularly, our members are treated to a culinary experience like no other. Members can also enjoy signature cocktails and our special wine menu curated by RVCC’s active and passionate wine committee.

We offer a full calendar of social and dining events which bring our members together to mingle. These year-round events include weekly Happy Hours, Memorial & Labor Day Picnics, Easter Brunches and Egg Hunts, Halloween Costume Parties, Gingerbread Socials, Adult & Children’s Holiday Parties, Mother’s Day Brunches, Father’s Day Cookouts, and our Independence Day Celebrations, which are nothing short of amazing with professional fireworks displays.
