Makenzie Graham

Makenzie Graham joined the RVCC team as a Member Experience Coordinator in May of 2025. She brings energy, empathy, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences to her role. She earned her B.A. in Communications with a minor in Event Management from Virginia Tech, followed by a M.S. in Hospitality Management from Oklahoma State University. Throughout her time in school, she discovered her love of creating memorable experiences that bring people together and leave a lasting impact. While working at the Stillwater Country Club, she supported private events, athletic events, and member experiences. That role gave her a deeper purpose for helping members and guests feel valued and cared for, whether through an event or thoughtful interaction.

For Makenzie, she believes the best part of working in the hospitality industry is building real relationships. She thrives on making someone’s day a little more joyful, easier, and always more memorable. She is proud to continue her journey with the club and is dedicated to excellent service and fostering meaningful connections.

Makenzie is originally from State College, Pennsylvania, where she spent most of her life dedicated to soccer. She went on to pursue her collegiate career in college and played Division 1 at Virginia Tech. Just before her senior year, a career-ending injury ended her path to a professional soccer career. Yet, the lessons learned through the years of collegiate athletics – resilience, leadership, and teamwork – naturally carried over into her career in hospitality.
